Role Overview:

We are looking for dynamic and motivated Front Office Interns to join our Front Office. This internship is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to kickstart their careers in Front Office Sales and Investment Handling. The ideal candidate will gain hands-on experience in Financial Institution’s Front Office work and sales strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Candidate has to visit the office on Friday / Meet the Reporting person online, on Friday.
• Reach out to potential clients via calls, emails, or in-person meetings.
• Follow up with leads to ensure conversion and provide post-sale support.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales progress.
• Collaborate with the team to enhance sales processes and strategies.

Requirements:

•  Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• A basic understanding of financial products is a plus but not mandatory.

Job Role:

We are looking for a proactive and persuasive Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging potential clients, explaining our financial products and services, and setting up meetings with our financial advisors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce Welment Capital’s financial products and services.

• Follow up on leads provided by the company and convert them into prospects.

• Explain investment opportunities, insurance plans, and other financial products in a clear and convincing manner.

• Address client queries and concerns professionally, building trust and maintaining a positive relationship.

• Schedule meetings for senior financial advisors with interested clients.

• Maintain a detailed record of calls, client interactions, and follow-ups in the CRM system.

• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by the company.

• Stay updated on financial market trends and company offerings to provide accurate information to clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.

• Basic knowledge of financial products (preferred but not mandatory).

• Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (preferred).

• Fluency in English and Hindi; additional regional languages will be an advantage.
